1. About this website

This website presents Cabana Magic House, a holiday house located in the Avrig Valley, Sibiu county, Romania. By using the website you agree to these terms.

2. Booking requests

The booking configurator does not create a binding reservation and does not process any payment. It only prepares a request message that you send yourself via WhatsApp. A reservation becomes firm only after the host confirms availability and you agree together on the price and payment terms.

3. Prices

The prices shown on the website are indicative and may change depending on season, length of stay and number of guests. The total shown in the configurator is an estimate. The final price is the one confirmed by the host in writing on WhatsApp.

4. House rules

• Check-in from 12:00, check-out until 13:00.
• Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Pets are welcome free of charge.
• Children aged 1 and over are welcome. Baby cots are not available.

5. Liability

We keep the information on this website accurate and the photos genuine. We are not liable for errors caused by third-party services, such as the embedded map. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
